Green Manufacturing and Verified Carbon Reduction

The environmental performance of the BioVent-Circuit™ was evaluated in accordance with the GHG Protocol (100-year Global Warming Potential) and ISO 14067 standards.

Compared with traditional fossil-based materials, the bioplastic breathing circuit demonstrates a CO₂e (w/ biogenic) reduction of 157–177% throughout its production process.

This analysis covers material manufacturing, upstream logistics, and conversion energy. Shared elements such as packaging and labeling were excluded for accuracy. Transportation and pigment emissions were estimated using published data, and a detailed component breakdown is available upon request under NDA.
